8x8, Inc. Promotes Mehdi Salour to Vice President of Service Delivery and Support

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 8x8, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGHT), provider of Packet8 residential, business and video Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone services, today announced that Mehdi Salour has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Service Delivery and Support.

Mr. Salour most recently served as 8x8's Director of Customer Care where he played an instrumental role in developing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy while 8x8 was transitioning from an OEM technology company to a customer-centric service provider. Prior to that, he served 8x8 in various other positions including IT Network Engineer, Network Operations Engineer, Manager of Technical Support and Director of Technical Support.
